Speaking about Mari State University, only words of appreciation and gratitude come to mind.After all, it was here that I acquired the motivation to get a diploma with honors at no time, and all thanks to the professionalism of teachers who supported me even outside of school hours. I am glad that the university supported my idea to create a club of young leaders on the basis of MarSU, which is actively functioning after my graduation. There we get acquainted with each other, develop leadership and communicative qualities in English and French. I am sure it will not leave you indifferent either! 0 0

Words cannot describe how much I admire how so many international students live as one family, opening their hearts. Russians, Uzbeks, Tajiks, and Egyptians gladly take part in the preparation and holding of our Holi color festival, inviting in turn to their traditional festivals.It has been 6 years since I have been in Russia and I speak Russian almost without mistakes thanks to friends and conversation clubs of the university. 0 0
University infrastructure
Libraries and learning resources
The university libraries offer an extensive collection of scientific and educational literature, as well as access to electronic resources. Students can use electronic educational resources for in-depth study of disciplines, as well as for preparation for scientific research and project activities.

For practical work with high-tech equipment, more than 100 laboratories and scientific centers operate, including digital laboratories. There is an Accreditation and Simulation Training Center where future doctors improve their skills by working with various mannequins, phantoms, and simulators.

At the university, there is a free student fitness center with a gym and gaming halls, available to every student. 25 sports sections have been organized. Students of MarGU regularly become participants and winners of republican, Russian, and international sports competitions.

Cozy student town
The MarGU campus is located in the city center. For comfortable living, there are 8 dormitories (over 3,000 beds) in close proximity to the academic buildings. Cafes, canteens, sports and gyms, libraries, and relaxation areas - everything necessary for student life within the campus.
