About the University
Moscow State Technological University “STANKIN” is a leading technological university in Russia, founded in 1930. Its main mission is to train highly qualified engineers and researchers for the machine-building and defense-industrial sectors, as well as to conduct cutting-edge research and development. More than 6,000 students study at the university, including over 750 students from 75 countries. The university has been training international specialists since 1952. Its teaching staff includes more than 700 professors and holders of Candidate of Sciences degrees with extensive practical experience. The educational process includes higher education programs, professional development programs, and double-degree programs. More than 70% of the training takes place in technical laboratories, where students gain practical skills. High-achieving students undertake internships at leading universities worldwide, while senior international students are involved in joint research projects.
