About the training program
The aim of the programme is to train highly qualified specialists who can do more than simply apply classical management tools: they can solve complex, often non-standard tasks in business, the public sector, or consulting. Graduates are expected to possess strategic thinking, analyse an organisation’s internal and external environment, develop and implement management decisions, and assess their effectiveness and risks.
