The direction is oriented towards developers of intelligent biomedical technology, its service maintenance and operation, licensing and certification. The scientific basis for training specialists is modeling, design of biotechnical systems, methods of processing and analyzing biosignals and images. Students also acquire management skills, team and project management, development and support of medical information systems.

In addition, graduates can engage in research activities within the framework of developing and testing the chosen problem in research institutes.
