About the training program
Training is conducted in the field of laser technology and its applications in various areas: development of navigation satellite systems, quantum computers, laser applications in various areas of medicine, military equipment, material processing, nanotechnologies, fiber optic communication lines for transmission and coding, and others. Special subjects are taught by leading specialists of research institutes of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and enterprises of Novosibirsk. Master's students undergo internships at research institutes in Novosibirsk Akademgorodok (Institute of Laser Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Automation and Electrometry of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences).
