About the training program
The main part of the program is focused on the key functional areas of management on which entrepreneurial activity is built: production, logistics, sales, finance and investments, personnel, entrepreneurial initiative, and innovations. All courses within the program provide knowledge in the specified functional areas of management and develop skills in reasoning and organizing business operations in Russia. The possibility of doing business in Russia is considered both from the perspective of independent entrepreneurship and within the framework of intra-entrepreneurial activities in existing companies.
