About the training program
The programme trains specialists in public administration (PA) who support law-making processes in government bodies and local self-government. In the first and second years, students study core subjects: theory of state and law, constitutional law, and administrative law. From the third year onward, the focus shifts to practice-oriented modules such as legal regulation of electronic services, anti-corruption review, and regulatory impact assessment.
