About the training program
The program trains lawyers working at the intersection of national and international private law. The training is based not on memorizing legal rules, but on developing a legal position: analyzing facts, selecting the applicable law, and defending interests in cross-border disputes. More than 70% of classes are taught by practicing lawyers — arbitrators, judges, and partners of law firms. The program is a leader in the Eduniversal ranking in Eastern Europe.
