About the training program
The program "Management of Investment and Construction Activities" is aimed at everyone who wants to work in business and make professional decisions. Master's students learn to analyze, evaluate, and develop: -the real estate sector by types, types, forms of ownership; -the investment and construction sector, development programs and projects; -enterprises and organizations of the investment and construction business; -territories, including cities, settlements, etc. Graduates of the program are able to set goals for the development of investment and construction activities, resolve contradictions at all stages of the life cycle of projects and real estate objects, and justify management decisions in the real estate sector.
