About the training program
One of the first specialized master's programs in Russia for training managers capable of ensuring the effective operation of public authorities, public organizations, and entrepreneurial structures in the face of new challenges. The program has a unique thematic plan and a set of academic disciplines: "Project Approach and Project Culture," "Innovative Personnel Technologies"; "Practice, Prospects, and Mechanisms of Personnel Strategy," "Institutes of State and Municipal Service." Future professionals study new technologies, engage in scientific work, and intern in public authorities.
