About the training program
The program is aimed at training personnel capable of planning projects and programs and controlling their implementation based on modern Russian and foreign project management standards. Master's students study the methodology of project management, methods of assessing the socio-economic efficiency of projects and programs, master the skills of managing a project portfolio, organizing and effectively managing a project office, tools and methods of project financing. Graduates are able to identify and diagnose project risks, develop management algorithms, form and develop a project team, and manage its logistics.
