About the training program
The Specialist Degree program in “Translation and Translation Studies” is designed to train highly qualified professionals for various sectors of the economy.
The curriculum harmoniously combines theoretical and practical disciplines involving two foreign languages. The program is based on a modern interpretation of traditional methods of higher linguistic education (the conscious-practical approach, specialized training, and the level-based approach).
Traditionally, the training of translators at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics places particular emphasis on developing professional competencies in economic translation and business foreign-language communication.
