About the training program
The program responds to the current stage of development of the Russian Federation’s state policy in the field of production and consumption waste management and the Russian Federation’s transition to a circular economy. Against the backdrop of, on the one hand, the uncontrolled growth in the volume of production and consumption waste generated and, on the other hand, unprecedented external sanctions pressure, the Russian Federation faces the challenge of making an innovative transition from a linear economic model to a circular economy.
