The university helps students and graduates in employment, improving practical skills, and further career development. For foreign students, there are additional courses and trainings, seminars, master classes, and meetings with company representatives are held to develop professional skills and successful employment.
Employment assistance
Since 2021, the Career Center has been operating at Derzhavin University, serving as a single window for employment issues, building an individual trajectory for students, as well as a point of communication and close interaction with HR partners and employers. Throughout the academic year, meetings with students are held to familiarize them with regional companies and industry representatives to discuss current skills and knowledge required in the labor market. Each student who attends the event has the opportunity to undergo an express interview and fill out a questionnaire for further communication with the employer.
