Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Original and 2 copies of the document by which the state border was crossed (with all pages marked)
- Migration card (original and 2 copies)
- Original and 2 copies of notarized passport translation (for citizens of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan)
- Referral from the dean's office of TGASU (will be with the head of your dormitory)
- Certificate of absence of scabies and pediculosis (obtain in Tomsk)
- Certificate of fluorography (+copy)
- Petition and certificate from the Institute of International Relations for students with a document on fingerprinting (TGASU – 10th building, 79th Street of the Guards Division, 25, 3rd floor, office No. 307 and 309) tel. 76-00-34; reception hours from 9.00 to 17.00, break from 13.00 to 14.00
- Copy of fingerprinting (if available);
- A copy of the medical examination for fingerprinting (if available);
- For foreign students who have re-entered the territory of the Russian Federation, a petition and a certificate from the Institute of International Relations are NOT REQUIRED when settling in!
- For students under the age of 18, a copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the identity document of one of the legal representatives
- Photo 3x4 (2 pieces)
