About the training program
At present, the Russian Federation faces the urgent task of increasing the contribution of vocational education to improving the quality of the personnel potential of industries of strategic importance to the country’s economic development. In Siberia, where the largest reserves of Russia’s hydrocarbon resources are located, the issue of qualified engineering and environmental specialists capable of carrying out engineering and environmental work at real-sector economic facilities is particularly relevant. The main objective of the program is the professional training and upgrading of the personnel potential of engineering and environmental specialists for enterprises in the real sector of the economy.
