About the training program
The master's program “Genetics, Genomics and Synthetic Biology” aims to train highly qualified genetic specialists with in-depth theoretical knowledge in genomics and practical skills in working with genomic data: from DNA isolation to “whole-chromosome” assembly and bioinformatics analysis of data from genomic, exome and transcriptome sequencing and Hi-C. A graduate of the program will have up-to-date knowledge of complex regulatory processes within the nucleus at the level of methylation, chromatin protein modifications, and the spatial organization of the cell nucleus.
