About the training program
The master's program trains highly qualified sociologists with deep knowledge and understanding of the foundations of sociological theory and sociological research methods. Graduates are able to study, analyze, and forecast modern management systems and practices, as well as a wide range of processes and phenomena in the organizational environment. They are able to work in the modern conditions of the information society and the knowledge economy, and are fluent in foreign languages.
