About the training program
The training covers both technical aspects (architectural solutions, technology stack selection, and system deployment) and personnel, process, and business factors. Students will learn to assess risks within teams, during requirements analysis, and when working with legacy projects.
Particular attention is paid to developing management skills, intercultural communication, and negotiation skills in a foreign language for the international IT industry.
