Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport and a copy of all pages containing entries
- 4 photos (3×4)
- Clearance from the university health center (a valid fluorography result is required — no more than one year old)
- Migration card with the purpose of entry “study”
Settlement conditions:
- Availability of places in the dormitory
- Availability of the enrollment order from TIU
- Submit an application for consideration by the TIU Housing Commission (TIU website — Infrastructure — Student Campus — For full-time students: https://www.tyuiu.ru/infrastruktura/studenceskii-gorodok_/studentu-ochnoy-form)

They are surrounded by well-developed infrastructure, including shops, pharmacies, cafés, and gyms just a couple of minutes away. The area is also served by an extensive public transport network, with bus stops located nearby (less than a 5-minute walk).
