Block-type dormitories are multi-story buildings. Each residential block has 4 rooms (2 rooms for two people and 2 rooms for 3 people), with a common shower and toilet per block. Each floor has a kitchen equipped with everything necessary (refrigerator, stove, hood, working surfaces for cooking). Each dormitory has a laundry room with washing machines and a room for drying clothes.
