What do graduates do?
Engineer-technologist of a wagon repair plant: development of technological processes for disassembly, repair, and assembly of freight car components (trolleys, auto coupling, wheel pairs). Preparation of operational maps and repair route maps. -Design Engineer in a Design Bureau: participation in the design of new car models or modernization of existing ones. Calculations for the strength of the body and frame, work in CAD. -Master in the wagon depot: leading teams of fitters and welders performing current and major repairs of wagons. Quality control of work and compliance with technology. - Reliability and diagnostics specialist: conducting carriage defects using non-destructive testing methods, analyzing the causes of defects
