About the training program
The areas of professional activity of graduates who have mastered the specialty program are: - transport (areas: management, operation, technical maintenance, repair, design, and testing of rolling stock of railways, urban rail transport, and subways, as well as industrial transport). A graduate who has mastered the specialty program is ready to solve the following types of tasks in their professional activity: - organizational-managerial.
What do graduates do?
-Engineer-technologist at the plant: development of locomotive or wagon assembly routes, design of equipment and scaffolds, regulation of operation times. -Engineer-metrologist: ensuring control over the accuracy of measuring equipment and compliance of parts with drawings. -Welding production specialist: Quality control of weld seams at critical nodes (frames, bodies), development of welding modes. -Mechanical shop master: supervision of employees performing turning, milling, and other operations for manufacturing parts.
