About the training program
Objectives of training: - preparation of a specialist with professional, general professional competencies that form the ability to make effective managerial, engineering, and design decisions to ensure human safety in the technosphere, to conduct independent scientific research in the field of safety and environmental protection, to perform expert and supervisory functions in the field of ensuring production, industrial, and environmental safety, the ability to use modern technical means, methods of control, assessment, and forecasting of the state of the environment, to manage the quality of the environment.
What do graduates do?
-Engineer-designer of wastewater treatment facilities: development of project sections related to environmental protection, design of wastewater treatment systems, gas purification, waste disposal. -Environmental analyst at the enterprise: organization, conducting production environmental control, working with the environmental management system, preparing reports for government agencies. -Environmental audit specialist: conducting comprehensive inspections of enterprises for compliance with environmental legislation, identifying risks, developing recommendations. -Waste management specialist for hazard classes I-IV: developing NOLOR projects, supporting licensing of waste management activities.
