Tarasov Sergey Valentinovich
The Rector
To everyone who is planning to come to us for training, I want to say that we are very pleased with foreign students! Herzen University opens up unique opportunities for studying a wide range of educational programs. We understand that it is always not easy to change a country and adapt to a new environment, to master a new language and culture. Therefore, we, in turn, treat foreign students with care and try to make them feel safe and calm within the university walls.
