About the training program
You’ll learn how to turn a drawing into a real part: processing technologies, CNC machine tools, and production management—this is a fundamental engineering specialization in mechanical engineering. It trains process engineers who form the elite of any machine-building enterprise.
What do graduates do?
After completing the program “Design and Technological Support for Machine-Building Industries” (code 15.03.05), graduates work at manufacturing plants, design bureaus, research institutes, and engineering companies. They develop components, design production lines, and implement new technologies
Process Engineer: develops and optimizes component manufacturing processes, selects equipment and tools, and prepares process route sheets
Design Engineer: designs assemblies, mechanisms, and units, and creates drawings and 3D models in CAD programs
CNC Machine Programmer-Engineer: writes control programs for modern automated metalworking equipment
