Neonatologists daily help reduce the mortality rate among newborns. Their main responsibility is the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and (or) pathological conditions in newborns and premature infants; maintenance and restoration of vital body functions in life-threatening conditions in newborns and premature infants. If you want to dedicate your life to saving newborns, you need to complete a residency in Neonatology.
