Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Important information
Admission to the budget is possible: 1. For citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz Republic on an equal basis with citizens of Russia without providing additional documents. 2. For citizens of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Uzbekistan with a residence permit in the Russian Federation. 3. For citizens of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan with a residence permit or temporary residence permit in the Russian Federation. 4. For descendants of compatriots permanently residing abroad, regardless of citizenship, with documents confirming the status of a compatriot. For foreign citizens who do not fall into the listed categories, education is possible only on a contractual basis.
