Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Copy of passport
- Migration card
- Medical certificate
- 4 photos (3x4)
Settlement conditions:
- Check out the dormitory safety instructions
- To familiarize yourself with the Rules of Internal Regulation (residence) in dormitories
- Receive the keys to the room and the inventory located in the room, in accordance with the issued acceptance certificate
- Within 10 working days from the date of settlement, a residential lease agreement
- Within 3 months from the moment of settlement, arrange temporary registration
- Settlement to places of improved residence is possible upon personal application if there are places available

Payment for accommodation is made after settling in the TUGU dormitory through a bank or ATM, in rubles. The minimum payment period is 1 month. The cost of accommodation changes depending on the heating season. Meals are not included in the cost of accommodation. The state fee for registration at the place of stay in the dormitory is 1000 rubles. The state fee for obtaining a multiple-entry visa for the period of study is 1920 rubles. Upon arrival in TUGU, a university employee will help you arrange medical insurance, undergo a medical examination for settling in the dormitory, and undergo state fingerprinting registration. The cost of insurance is from 3500 rubles per year depending on the insurance conditions.
