About the University
Yaroslavl State Agrarian University is the only higher educational institution in the Yaroslavl region for the training of specialists in agricultural production and has a fifty-year history of development. The training of personnel with higher education is conducted under 30 educational programs - bachelor's programs, master's programs, programs for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in graduate school. At three faculties of the university, 1500 students and postgraduates are studying. Admission to the university is conducted for budget places, including targeted education. Out-of-town students are provided with a dormitory. Training is conducted with the involvement of partner enterprises and its own base – this includes a competence center for organic agriculture, a veterinary clinic, a driving school, laboratories and a park of special agricultural equipment, and a canine training ground.

Canine training ground
In Yaroslavl State Agricultural University, there is a canine training ground equipped according to the standards of the Russian Canine Federation. It features a ladder, a wall barrier, a hill barrier, an athletic barrier, a boom, and a trench. The ground is intended for dog training and preparation for the general course

Modern Audiences
The educational buildings are equipped with classrooms with multimedia equipment (projectors, interactive whiteboards), specialized laboratories, computer classrooms with access to the network and internet, rooms for course design and consultations.

Cafeteria
To meet the daily nutrition needs of students, a cafeteria operates, providing the possibility of organizing a full hot meal during the school day. The institution meets the current sanitary and epidemiological requirements and has the necessary conditions.

football field
The university's infrastructure complex includes social and educational support facilities. There is a football field on the territory for "Physical Culture" classes, sports events, competitions, and training of student teams.

Library
The University Library (Elena Kolesova St., 70) is a key element of educational and methodological support. It provides access to the fund of educational, scientific, and periodical literature, as well as to electronic educational resources through a computer reading room.
