About the training program
With the development of technologies and increased competition in the market, companies face a growing need to improve the efficiency and optimization of their business processes. "Business Architecture and Analytics" is a unique educational program with two qualifications: a bachelor's degree in 38.03.01 Economics with an additional qualification of a process management specialist in 38.03.02 Management. The program is aimed at training highly qualified economists, business analysts specializing in business process management and optimization, and business architects.
What do graduates do?
Business analysts analyze business processes, data, and other information in an organization to help improve its efficiency and profitability. Analysts help companies make decisions based on data and facts, not just intuition and experience. Process management specialists help organizations optimize their business processes, improve the quality of products and services, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and increase company profits. Business architects develop business models and strategies, help organizations build effective business processes, define processes and information flows that manage changes in the company.
