Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation

The specialty "State and Municipal Management" (5.2.7) at the Financial University is aimed at training qualified managers for the sphere of public power. The program combines theoretical knowledge and practical training, allowing graduates to effectively solve tasks in state and municipal authorities, as well as in related organizations. During the training, students master the mechanisms of state and municipal management, including strategic planning and a project approach. Special attention is paid to the management of public finances, property, and procurement, which forms skills in the rational allocation and control of budgetary resources.
