The master's program "Public Sector Finance" is aimed at training highly qualified economists and managers: possessing modern theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of public sector finance, able to make systematic decisions on strategic and operational management of public finances, capable of solving a wide range of tasks, including effective and careful management of the finances of public-law entities, consistent promotion of their interests in ensuring financial stability and sustainability

Apply the tools of analysis, evaluation, and management of state financial assets to make systemic financial decisions Justify and make financial, economic, and management decisions in professional activities, when developing development strategies and financial policies within public sector organizations and public-law entities Evaluate the effectiveness of state programs and the efficiency of state expenditures Form and analyze budgetary, financial, and statistical reporting in the public sector, draft budgets of public-law entities, justifications for budget allocations, budget estimates Apply regulatory law.
