About the training program
At the Faculty of Law, training in the scientific specialty 5.1.2. Public Law (State Law) Sciences is carried out under the profile "Financial Law". Financial law is the foundation of the state's economy. Legal regulation of relations in this area, as well as scientifically based approaches to solving problems of financial law science, guarantees the stability of the economy. When implementing the educational program for each academic discipline, appropriate learning technologies are provided, which allow achieving the planned learning results. When implementing the competence approach, passive-reproductive, active-activity, and interactive models are implemented
What do graduates do?
Graduates are in demand in structures where knowledge of public law and skills in legal support of state and municipal activities are required: government bodies (federal ministries and agencies, regional governments, legislative assemblies) — lawyers, experts, advisors, specialists of legal departments; local self-government bodies (city and district administrations, representative bodies) — legal specialists, consultants, heads of legal departments; prosecutor's office and investigative bodies — assistant prosecutors, investigators, legal support specialists; judicial bodies (Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, supreme and regional courts, arbitration courts)
