Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Important information
You can enter USUE by receiving a referral for study within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for the education of foreign citizens. To do this, you need to: - submit a questionnaire and a set of documents on the website https://education-in-russia.com/; - select USUE from the list of universities; - go through two stages of selection by participating in qualifying tests; - wait for an invitation to study if you successfully pass the competition.
