About the training program
Geophysics, geophysical methods of mineral exploration – the science of the solid Earth as a whole and its individual parts (blocks, shells, etc.) as physical objects and the use of physical methods to study the structure, matter, evolution, and modern dynamics of the Earth's interior, including for applied purposes. The practical significance of solving scientific problems in this specialty lies in the creation of new and improvement of existing theories and methodologies for measuring physical fields, methods of processing and geological interpretation of measurement results, etc.
