About the training program
In the process of studying under this program, students gain an in-depth understanding of ways to increase the energy efficiency of electromechanical complexes in mining and oil and gas production. Students will learn about the features of means for controlling the quality of electrical energy. They master methods and means of modeling, designing, and experimental research of active and passive filters, planning and conducting experiments with subsequent analysis and development of recommendations.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of this program are employed in leading companies, research and design organizations of various forms of ownership, whose activities are related to the energy segment, including the production and distribution of electricity, automation of power supply systems, diagnostics of electrical installations of buildings and structures in the positions of electrical engineer, design engineer of electrical systems and complexes, design engineer of electrical networks, test engineer of electrical energy systems and equipment, etc.
