About the training program

Materials science (mechanical engineering) is a field of science and technology that deals with the development of new materials with a given set of properties by establishing fundamental patterns of influence of composition, structure, technology, as well as operational and other factors on the properties of materials. The interdisciplinary nature of materials science is due to the need to ensure scientific and technological progress and sustainable development of various industries and construction.

What will they teach you?

What do graduates do?

The main competencies of the graduate: the ability and readiness to use in practice integrated knowledge of natural science, general professional-oriented, and special disciplines to understand the problems of materials science development, the ability to propose and implement new highly efficient technologies in practice; the ability and readiness to meet regulatory requirements ensuring the safety of production and operational activities.
