Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Copy of passport
- Insurance policy
- Medical certificate (form No001-IZ)
- HIV free certificate
- 3 photos 3x4
Settlement conditions:
- To obtain a referral from the director of the Student Town for accommodation in the dormitory.
- Provide the head of the dormitory with a referral for accommodation in the dormitory.
- Provide the head of the dormitory with a certificate of medical examination.
- Provide the dormitory manager with 3x4 photographs.
- If the student is 18 years old, they must sign a dormitory accommodation agreement (the form is issued by the dormitory manager upon check-in), otherwise, it must be signed by the student's legal representative.
- Accommodation in the dormitory for students of DVGUPS who have not reached the age of 18 is carried out only in the presence of one of the parents (legal representative) or in the presence of a notarized (certified by the head of the village council) consent of one of the parents to sign the Residential Property Lease Agreement, the Additional Services Agreement, and registration at the place of stay.

Additional information
In the dormitory, 240 places are allocated for foreign students. Upon arrival at the DVGUPS, an employee of the Office of Foreign Students will help the student arrange medical insurance, undergo a medical examination for accommodation in the dormitory, and undergo state fingerprint registration. The cost of accommodation in a dormitory for foreign students is from 4,378 rubles to 6,438 rubles (depends on the type of dormitory). Payment for accommodation is made after moving into the dormitory through a bank or ATM, in rubles. Meals are not included in the cost of accommodation.
