Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- 1. Application for the provision of a place to live in the dormitory of KBGU for the period of study (the foreign student receives the form of the form from the directorate of the Studgorodok KBGU); 2. Passport with a valid visa; 3. Migration card with a border crossing stamp; 4. Notification of migration registration / Registration (if 7 calendar days have passed since crossing the border).
Settlement conditions:
- Placement of students (applicants) is carried out based on their personal applications with a permit visa from the director of the Student Town and a lease agreement for a residential premises in the dormitory (hereinafter - lease agreement for a residential premises). Lease agreements for residential premises are drawn up in two copies, one copy is kept by the resident, the other is in the administration of KBGU. When moving into the dormitory, students (applicants) must be familiarized with the Rules, the Regulation on the Student Town, and the Fire Safety Rules, and familiarize themselves with the established procedure for using personal electrical appliances.
