About the training program
The program is designed to provide an in-depth study of the mechanisms regulating bodily functions and adaptive processes, as well as to enable students to conduct independent research under the supervision of leading university scientists. Doctoral students thoroughly study the vital activity of living organisms at all levels—from the molecular and cellular to the systemic and organismal. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of human adaptation to various environmental factors, which is critically important for the Siberian region.
Since the training takes place at a specialized pedagogical university, doctoral students receive thorough methodological preparation for teaching biological disciplines in higher education.
