About the training program

Graduates of the direction receive fundamental training in the fields of physics, physical electronics, magnetic hydrodynamics, and numerical modeling of physical processes. Students acquire specialized knowledge that allows them to work effectively in the space industry and in such areas as nanotechnology, optics, microelectronics, mechanical engineering, energy, and medicine. Students study, develop, and design plasma systems.

What do graduates do?

During their studies, students undergo internships at enterprises that occupy top positions in the creation of plasma technologies, the study of high-temperature plasma, the creation of electric rocket engines and plasma power plants.
