The UTMN Center for Career Development and Interaction with Graduates implements a comprehensive approach to career support for students and graduates. It provides information and consultancy support. It works with university partners and employers, studies the labor market, analyzes employment prospects, and holds career events.

How does the university help with employment?

The Career Center operates in the Fakultetus digital career environment. The platform offers vacancies from more than 400 university partners. Students post their resumes that can be viewed by employers who can invite candidates to vacancies and internships. On the website, students can take free courses and career tests, as well as find like-minded people for an educational project. Annually, the Center holds more than 100 career, educational, and recruiting events: Career Marketplace, Job Speed Dating, CaseCupUTMN case championship, workshops, off-site blog tours, and Corporate Days. The Career Marketplace Forum is the University’s flagship event for students and graduates of all years and fields of study. The Forum allows future graduates to meet with representatives of leading employers in the region and the country, receive relevant information about open vacancies at the enterprise and internship opportunities, and develop skills and abilities that contribute to career opportunit
