How does the university help with employment?

The university operates its Career Center, which utilizes a holistic approach to the creation of events designed to support students and graduates in planning their professional paths.

- analyzing the needs of companies and organizations in the region for KFU graduates;

- consulting KFU students and graduates on employment issues, the state and prospects of the labor market development;

- developing recommendations for KFU students and graduates on job search technology, interaction with employers during internships and employment;

- providing KFU students and graduates with data on the labor market, and employers with information on students and graduates;

- organizing cooperation with career centers, public organizations, organizing participation in job fairs for graduates;

- assistance in the employment of graduates with disabilities in specialized workplaces;

- providing assistance to students and graduates in planning their professional careers

Where do graduates work?

Government Authorities

KFU graduates hold public service positions and serve for the benefit of the homeland in their home region, the Republic of Tatarstan, and at the highest positions of federal government authorities and government authorities of foreign countries

Industry

KFU graduates work at public and private industrial enterprises and organizations across the country, ranging from local municipalities and federal strategic and defense enterprises

IT and Startups

KFU graduates find their place in the IT industry and high-tech startup projects. KFU implements an accelerator program to turn a student idea into a real project, interact with real specialists and investors to start or take their career to the next level.

Creative Realization

KFU graduates have found a platform for creative realization and self-expression in the university, who has taught many prominent creative people: writers and poets, architects and designers, artists and musicians, actors and KVN players
