About the training program

Nanoengineering is the engineering field focused on the study, development and refinement of materials at a very small scale. The program is aimed at obtaining professional higher technical education in the field of Micro- and Nano-electronics, Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials. This bachelors program provides the formation of the graduate not only professional competencies related to nanotechnology, but also universal and general professional competencies, to effectively implement the tasks of professional formation and personal self-development.

What you will learn

  • Material technologies and crystal-growing processes
  • Micro-electronic sensorics
  • Crystallography
  • Cluster Nano-technologies
  • Micro- and Nano-systems
  • Physical and chemical basis of micro- and Nano-electronics
  • Micro- and Nano-electronics
  • Technologies of Nano-structured materials

What do graduates do for a living?

For prospective engineers, a background in nanoscale science and engineering can be helpful whether you want to pursue a career specifically in nanoscience, or choose a more general engineering position. Many higher degree programs offer specifically tailored courses to prepare students for work in this area of expertise, which is becoming increasingly applicable across a number of industrial fields. This program will allow the graduates not only to successfully perform labor functions, but also to take an active part in the creation, development and establishment of advanced laboratories.
