About the training program

The Master’s program trains geotechnical engineers capable of addressing issues related to the technogenic safety of industrial operations. Students learn to assess the stability of rock masses, build digital models of deposits, monitor geomechanical processes, and apply modern diagnostic and computational methods. The program combines theory and practice: training includes working with specialized software, observing the condition of natural rock masses, and data analysis. The focus is on real-world industrial safety challenges.

What do graduates do?

Graduates of the Geomechanical Support for Technogenic Safety program can work at mining enterprises, in underground construction companies, and in organizations that ensure industrial safety.
