About the training program

We train multidisciplinary professionals for scientific and industrial work in the fields of analytical methods of research, development and production of various materials, including biocompatible materials (semiconductors, dielectrics, metals) used in micro- and nanoelectronics, optoelectronics, solar energy, power electronics and information display devices, in medicine. The Master’s program is delivered in a multitrack format and includes two tracks: “Materials science of nanoelectronics functional materials”, “Laser technology: materials and devices”.
