About the training program
The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists for industries related to nanotechnology, nanostructure diagnostics, and nanoscale materials and structures development and study. Students study dimensional effects, basic properties and characteristic features of nano-objects, various methods of nanotechnology and nanolithography, methods of nanocrystalline state research.
