About the training program
Orientation (profile): Mathematics in education, fundamental and applied research. Students acquire programming skills in various languages such as Delphi, C++, Prolog, LISP, PHP, Java; become familiar with modern applications of mathematics in economics, in the areas of processing, storage and transmission, data protection, acquire basic knowledge in other important subjects such as, for example, economics and foreign languages.
What do graduates do?
Computing and research centers, departments and laboratories of state management bodies, as well as organizations of various forms of ownership, using methods of applied mathematics and computer technologies in their work. These include state and commercial banks, industrial associations, design bureaus, justice and law enforcement agencies, communication enterprises, medical and insurance institutions, private firms, and so on. Graduates can work in educational institutions. Due to the rapid development of computers and the expansion of their application areas, the need for mathematical programmers is continuously growing.
