Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- A copy of the passport or another identity document;
- A certificate of family composition;
- A certificate of parents' income for the last 3-6 months [for the unemployed — a certificate from the employment center or the population service center (for residents of Kazakhstan)];
- A copy of the document granting the right to first residence;
- Application for a place in a dormitory;
- Consent to personal data processing.

Student dormitories No. 1 and No. 3 are located on the territory of the university complex (Victory Ave., 13). The layout of these dormitories is corridor-type. The rooms accommodate 1-2 people. Student dormitories No. 7 and No. 8 are located at: Tereshkova St., 134. Layout of apartment-type dormitories. Each residential block of these dormitories has a separate kitchen, balcony, shower room, and bathroom. In the blocks, from 1 to 7 people live. The Combine of Public Catering and Food Trade of OSU offers its own and retail products – semi-finished products, baked goods, dairy products, juices – for sale in the dormitory buffets. The rooms in the dormitories are equipped with a local computer network, including free Internet access and access to the resources of the OSU scientific library.
